Light The Sky

As noted here, I was previously published in the San Francisco Peace and Hope on-line anthology, Light The Sky, beautifully edited and curated by Elizabeth Hack.  This year the anthology was published in book form and a beautiful book it is, with incredible graphics, design and poetry.  My poem, “Lone Mountain Cathedral,” is on page 93.  An excerpt:

I feel the pull

of centuries of knowledge

and the scent of incense

and candle smoke

the bended knee

and the clear flush

of

absolution
